Earl Grey
Earl Grey is fantastic in its simplicity. The unique flavouring of earl grey is the result of the addition of bergamot oil to black tea, and that is it!
Brewing instructions: Black tea- pour 2g/3g (1 teaspoon/1 and a bit teaspoons) per cup and pour over boiling water. Let infuse for 3-5 minutes depending on preferred strength and add milk and sugar to taste. OR if you are feeling extra fancy, try it black and with a slice of lemon.
